Special Events

NAPO-NY sponsors special programs and events. Some of these special events include:

• January is Get Organized Month
• Professional Development Seminars
• Conferences for members of the general public who wish to become more organized
• Conferences for people interested in becoming Organizers

NAPO-NY is involved in a variety of ongoing community service projects because our members understand that not everyone is in a position to hire a Professional Organizer. Community service projects have included work with:

• First Step, a division of Coalition for the Homeless
• Dress for Success
• Furnish a Future
• Peter’s Place, a division of Partnership for the Homeless
• Ronald McDonald House
• Various metropolitan-area schools, libraries, and charities
