Helping Organizers (and our Clients) Deal with Stress
In this presentation, we will explore both the causes of professional organizer’s stress and our client’s anxieties, as well as techniques for managing our own stress and working with those stressful clients.
This is an interactive presentation with audience participation. Bring your questions, comments and ways you are managing your stress now. Be prepared for breathing exercises, a visualization and, hopefully, humor about a very serious subject.
