Forgot Your Password?

If you are already a member of NAPO-NY and have forgotten your password to the Members Only section of the NAPO-NY web site, you can request that your password be reset here. You must provide your last name and email address as they appeared on your NAPO-NY membership application.

If your request is successful, you will receive email notification that it has been submitted to the password administrator. When the administrator has reset your password, you will receive a second notification with your username and temporary password, and additional instructions.
